Description
This unique, reversible designs combines two complementary techniques. One circle features a silk-screen design created by placing a fine mesh stencil over conditioned polymer clay and carefully spreading acrylic paint across the surface with a squeegee. When the stencil is lifted away, it reveals an intricate, detailed pattern.
The second circle is textured by pressing sandpaper into the conditioned clay and burnishing it to create a subtle, tactile surface. The clay is then cut into circles and divided in half, resulting in this contemporary, geometric design.
Finished with gold-filled ear wires, these lightweight, eye-catching earrings measure approximately 2″ long.
